How to remove email from bounce list

    I have removed and added my email. The only way I know I have new clients interested in my facility is by going to your web site and inquiring. I have looked at the edit page on new riders and it shows I should be notified of new applications. Please let me know what we need to do in order for this problem to be solved I will not continue with jot form if this is a constant problem.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your email address but it is not in our bounce list. You can try using your own SMTP email as the sender email to avoid being in our bounce list. You can check out this guide on how to set up SMTP.
