Let users access PDF brochure after filling the form

can i use this app to create a contact form which i can include a pdf file of a brochure to the form.. for example, after the customer fill in the form, i need a button that allows them to have access to a pdf file

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can attach your PDF brochure to the Autoresponder that customers will receive after completing the form. Let me show you how you can do this:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hoover your mouse over Autoresponder, and click on the Pencil icon to edit.
4. Go to Advanced tab, click on Upload File under Attach File, upload your PDF and click on Save.

If you want to attach a password-protected file, you can upload it to a Google Drive and add the drive link in Autoresponder Content.

after i created the form, i tested it and it still not showing the pdf file, i only get it when i receive any email

Yes, that is correct. The PDF file you upload will be sent with the Autoresponder email. You can show brochure on the Thank You page in image format. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
3. In the blue navigation bar at the top, click on Insert Image, and upload the file that you want to show on the Thank You Page.

You can also add a link to your brochure PDF on Thank You page by adding a hyperlink to the text.
