Payment form: How to cancel customer's subscription?

Our organization has a monthly subscription and it was processed through Jot Form, but one of our members wants to cancel his subscription. He called his credit card company to cancel but they said I needed to cancel his subscription. How do I stop it? I have attached a copy of his receipt for the subscription.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see you are using Stripe. If a customer wishes to cancel, you can log in to your Stripe account and cancel the subscription from there. Stripe has this guide about canceling subscriptions that you can check.
