Hello, I am having issues because my forms have been disabled. I have deleted uploaded images but the upload space is still showing full. Can you please refresh this to enable my forms?

Hi bcihealth,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your Upload Space and cleared your form caches, and it only reduced to 99.10 GB/100.00 GB. When I tried accessing a few of your forms, they're no longer disabled. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
1. On your My Forms page, select the form, and click on Submissions in the upper part of the page.
2. In Jotform Tables, open the Main Tab’s menu in the upper-left corner.
3. Select Trashed Entries from the options.
4. In the Trash panel, choose the entries to purge.
5. Select Delete Forever and confirm.
6. Select Delete from the modal to confirm.
As for your number of forms, note that for Gold plan, you only have 100 active forms. If you want, you can disable some of your forms to free up your number of active forms. Check out these guides about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits and How to Enable or Disable a Form.
Let us know if you need any other help.
