Inventory widget: dropdown to have a conditional logic if 0 is selected

Suggest the article on using the widget is updated. It used to work with the drop-down.

Don't like to to quibble but I will. The inventory widget used to work that way. I wasn't asking for an new feature, I was wondering why it didn't work anymore. I've had several issues with the inventory widget for the first time this year. Someone tried to fix what wasn't broke.
