This has been tried with two difference browsers and its hanging, and crashing ... cannot edit submissions.

Hi Edward,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. There's no known issue regarding loading the forms. Check out my screenshot below showing My Forms page.
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

Now I cant even down load to PDF - hanging like this for 10min

Hi Edward,
Can you try connecting to a different internet connection, this normally happens when the internet is slow. Also, before testing, make sure to clear your browser's cache first. As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms. Can you test again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue, can you grant us access to your account so we can test? Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
