Clone a form from one account to another

Can I clone a form from an account to another?

Yes, that is possible as long as the form owner did not restrict cloning on his form on his form settings. You can clone the form by checking this guide on how to clone a form using a the form URL. Let me show you how:

1. You must be logged in on Acount#2. Copy the Form URL that you wish to clone on Account#1.
2. On your My Forms page, click on Create a Form.
3. Select Import Form and choose From a Web Page.
4. Paste the Form link of the form that you wish to clone on the box provided for. Click Create Form.

Note that this creates a new form in account#2. Though it is exactly the same as the form that you copied in Account #1. This will have a new form Link and will have its own table for it's submissions.
