How to adjust the mobile word format as same as desktop format?

May I know how can I adjust the phone word format as same as desktop format?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Image and Paragraph fields instead of Heading so you can have a more flexible format for desktop and mobile. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Image field and upload your image.
3. In Form Elements, add a Paragraph field to your form and paste your text. You can customize the text as you want and click the Save icon.
4. Click the Gear icon and go to Advanced tab to enable the Shrink option. Do this for both Image and Paragraph field.
