I have not been able to add Venmo or Paypal for the past 2 days. It will not connect.

Hello Tanisha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Keep in mind that Venmo can only be integrated into other platforms through PayPal and Braintree. Jotform's PayPal Business integration lets customers to use a number of different payment methods, including Venmo in the United States. Let me show you how to integrate it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the top-left side of the page.
2. Click on the Payments tab, and search for Venmo and then click on it to add it to your form.
3. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on Connect Via PayPal Business (if you want to do a test, choose Test Mode in the Mode option).
4. In the popup window that comes up, connect your PayPal account, and click on Continue in the bottom-right corner.
It's important to remember that PayPal and Braintree will charge you a fee for using Venmo. You can also check out How to Integrate PayPal Business with Jotform guide for detailed information. These steps have been completed however it still just stalls when I hit connect.

Hi Tanisha,
Thank you for the update. The form I have here is the Simply Beautiful Beauties form, and when I last checked, it wasn't using the Venmo integration, so I doubt that's the form you're currently working on. Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you share the link to your form, and I can check it out to see what’s going on.
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Yes, that is the form. However It allows me to click the integration, but will not complete the task. It keeps spinning…

I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
