Good Morning,
I am a high-school administrator. I am looking to create a survey for students to sign up for clubs. There are a limited number of seats per club, so we want students to be able to select any club from a dropdown list until each club reaches 25 students. At that point, we would like for the option to be inaccessible. Please advise on how we can actualize this.

Hi Haley,
Thanks for using Jotform. You can use our Inventory widget so that you can set a stock limit for your Club Slots. Once the option reached it's limit, the user won't able to select on it anymore. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Click on the Widgets tab, search for Inventory, and click on it to add it to your form.
3. Click on the Inventory widget field, then click on the Wand icon to open its settings.
4. In the menu on the left side of the page, under the Available Quantity section enter your stock limit.
Don't forget that you can only use whole numbers in stock, so numbers with decimals won't be recognized. You can check out my demo form here to take a closer look.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
