Can I Separate the Single Choice Options with a Bar Line?

    I have several dropdown fields with specific numbers i included for choices. I decided to have the choices by columns, so they look all horizontal. Can I separate the choices with a bar? So that there is a clear choice as to which radio button to select for the choice that is to be selected?

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to put a line bar in between the options in the single-choice field.
