    Hi Rico,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account usage, I saw that your Upload File limit is 1.00 GB, but you've uploaded 1.01 GB file. That's why your account's status is overlimit right now. After you delete files, make sure that you delete these files from your trash as well.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Rico,

Did you delete those files in your Submission Tables page? Note that deleted submissions will be permanently removed from the system after 30 days. You can permanently delete the trashed entries on your own. Let me show you how to purge them:

    1. On your Submission Tables page, click on the main tab's three (3) vertical dots.
    2. Select Trashed entries from the menu.
    3. In the Trash panel on the right, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
    4. Click on Delete Forever and confirm.

We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data and Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
