How to delete form submissions from the previous year?

How do I clear form submissions from previous year without deleting the form itself?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, you can easily delete any unwanted or outdated form submissions without deleting the form. However, please note that these submissions will be permanently deleted and cannot be undone. Let me show you how:

1. In your My Forms page, select the form which you want to delete submissions.
2. Click the Submissions button above.
3. In Jotform Tables, click on the Filter Button to select the submissions from the previous year.
4. From the dropdown, click on Previous Year.
5. Next, check the boxes next to the submissions you'd want to delete.
6. You can also click on Select All if you wish to delete multiple submissions.
7. Finally, click on the Delete button at the right side to remove the selected submissions.
