Unable to Integrate form with PayPal Business as it asked for a 25% ownership and collection is SSN is necessary.

I am a nonprofit organization and trying to use PayPay business with Jotforms. When I attempt to connect PayPal it states a person with 25% ownership must provide a social security number. There are no shares in a nonprofit organization, nor are there owners. We are a confirmed charity with Paypal.

How can I connect PayPal without providing a personal social security number?

I cloned your form and tried connecting it with PayPal Checkout, but I did not receive any type of statement saying about 25% ownership and providing an SSN. Can you send us a screenshot of what you are referring to and send it to us? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:

1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

In addition to my reply above, I also tested this with PayPal Business Integration, but was unable to receive the statement that you are referring to.

After checking, it appears that the form that you filled out is from PayPal and not from Jotform. To learn more about it, you can reach out to PayPal Support, so they can explain it to you.
