Is it possible to create a 2nd response to the client filling out the form, once a PDF if attached to the table? This response would have a standard email content and the attached pdf.

Hi Maureen,
Thanks for reaching out to JotforSupport. You can easily edit submissions and send submission details by adding an Email Button to your Jotform Table. Let me show you how:
First, you can add Send Email button:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and click on the Buttons tab.
- Now, select Send Email, click on Next, and enter a column name, then click on Next again.
- Select the email you want, or click on the Create an Email button to set up a new one as needed.
- Then, click on the Create Column button, and you're done.
Now, edit the submission by re-send the form:
- On the Jotform Tables page, hover your mouse over the entry and click on the Three Dots icon next to the Star icon.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Edit Entry, add the attachment, and send the submission again.
Now, when you click the Send Email button, the email you configured will be sent, similar to the example below:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Ok i see what you are doing here but the intial repsonse does not not show the PDF atthacemnt on the repsonse. This is the current proces.
Client fille out customer feedback form
Email is generated to Customer Service team
Customer service team goes in and fill in additonal fields that the client does not see like distribution site and Department.
Based on the distibution site and department conditions an email is generated to team members with the form.
Team members need to go into table and fill in findings. QA adds a pdf which is called the Response From Letter and attached on table. I have a column added for this.
We want that pdf to be sent to the client in an email.

Hi Maureen,
It is not possible to add a custom PDF to the tables. Can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with a solution?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I think i explained pretty well. I was able to add a PDF, see 1st row, column Add Response Letter.
We upload a PDf that explains to the customer what the resolution was to their issue. We then want to email that PDf to the client. Is that possibel to automatically set up.

Hi Maureen,
You can create a Send email button in your tables as mentioned by my colleague above or you can Attach your submissions as PDF files to your Notification Emails. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

We want to make sure the PDF Respnse letter is kept wiht the issue and added by the QA team but they wouldnt send the email.
So there is no automatic email genrated to the client when the QA team adds the PDF response letter to table? IS there any way we can do a teams meeting. I fell like we are not understanding the needs.
