Integration with Sheets: Changes made reverts the origional size or format when the new data enters it.

Good day, I have intrigated my form with sheets, and the data transfers without a problem. However the cell formatting changes back to what seems like a default. In other words if I set column sizes (in either a precreated sheet or a new one) It reverts to the origional size or format when the new data enters it.

    Hello Robert,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

My apologies but thats just too much for me to get in at this time. It is as i explained which is very easy to understand....

I set column sizes while formatting the sheet but It reverts to the origional size when the new data or submission enters it.

    Thank you,

    Robert.

    Hello Robert,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The format and column sizes from column H and I didn't change after making my second test submission. Take a look at the screenshot below:

I've cleared your form cache, please test your form again and see how it goes. If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
