Hello-
The email settings have the approval comment being required in Workflow setup. Submission ID 6068852164419592882 is a good representation of this problem this morning (all of today's approvals have this issue). The emails that come in have no approval comments in it despite setup in workflow. Example email is attached for what was received.
In the tables view for the form, the approval comment is shown - so it is being done by approver.
We need the comments to come through, especially on revision requests. Please look into this.

Hi Hdub402,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Approver Comment section wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:
- In Workflow Builder, select the Email field.
- Click the Email icon and remove the Comment Variable.
- Select the +Approver Fields button and choose Approver Comment.
- Click the Save button. That's it.
You can do this to both of your Email block. After that, your email recipients will be able to see the approver's comment on the email. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
