Hi Evelyn,
When I checked your account, I saw that it was suspended because your form titled New Customer Registration Form was flagged for spamming purposes. For us to lift the restriction, we'll need you to send the following information to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #21019903 as the subject:
- The URL where the form is used.
- A link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
- Any supporting documentation that can validate your claims.
- A valid government-issued ID card, such as a driver's license or passport, along with a clear, forward-facing selfie for verification.
Sending the email from your business email address, if you’re affiliated with a legitimate institution, would fasten the process. We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one, if you have one, to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.
