I have been using jotform for years.
Since last week, the app is not functioning - I have downloaded it repeatedly as it just freezes on about the 2nd attempt to open it. Is there a bug? (iphone 11 pro v.17.6.1)

Hi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I don't have the exact model, but when I tested this on my iPad, it worked without any issues. Since you've already reinstalled the app and it's up to date. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can forward it to our Developers? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Mark,
When I tried to forward this issue to our developers, it seems the link is no longer working. Did the Jotform mobile app start working, which is why you removed it? If the issue is still ongoing, could you send the screen recording link again since it’s not working now?

App not opening at all.
Have reinstated it 3 times in past 24 hrs.
Link to dropbox is working. All it shows is the app screen on an iphone not opening so not very exciting.

Hi Mark,
I don't have the exact iPhone model where you're experiencing this issue, but I tested it on the same iOS 17 version on an iPhone 12 Pro, and everything is working correctly with the Jotform mobile app. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try to restart your phone? Turn off the device completely, wait a few seconds, and then power it back on. This usually clears any background issues that may cause apps to freeze.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
