    Hello,

I need to offer my form in Burmese. I don't see it on the list. Can I add a custom translation somehow?

    Thank you.

    Hi Jessica,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

    Hi Jessica,

Burmese is not on the list of available languages for form translation. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Hi there,

We also need to offer the form in Dari or Farsi. Right now, we are planning to create two separate forms for those languages as a workaround, but this is not ideal because 1) it uses two extra forms on our plan, and 2) it is not clean or inclusive when two of our languages are not available in the translation dropdown. Do you have suggestions for a cleaner workaround, if creating a custom translation cannot be offered?

    Hi Jessica,

I believe the Persian (Farsi) language is already in our form languages list, you can add the language to your form and add the translations as well.

Thank you for the response; however, the question is not about whether we can use Persian for Farsi, but whether there is a better workaround for unsupported languages than using a whole separate form.

This question still applies to Burmese, regardless of what we do about the Farsi/Dari translation, since Burmese is not offered at all. Do you have a better workaround to suggest?

    Hi Jessica,

Unfortunately, there's no workaround for using unsupported languages in the forms, your request has already been escalated as a new feature request. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.
