Hi Maria,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are looking to disable the Two-Factor Authenticator (2FA) settings in your account, here's how to do it:
- Click your Profile Avatar icon on the top right corner of the Jotform website.
- Select Settings from the menu
- Go to the Security tab on the left.
- Click the Toggle button in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
- Enter your password, and click the Verify button to proceed.
- Finally, click on the Yes, Disable 2FA button. Your 2FA is now disabled at this stage.
Let us know if you need any more help.

marialaingReplied on November 7, 2024 at 10:25 PMHello,
2FA is not turned on for my account (screenshot below), yet every time I login I have to get a security code from my emails. Please can you advise how to turn this off?

Hi Maria,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, it is not possible to disable 2FA for the account. Our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver and Gold) are individual, single user plans. It is a violation of our Terms of Use to share login credentials with other individuals and use the account simultaneously on multiple devices. In order to ensure that your account stays secure, please reset your password today and do not share your login credentials with others.
If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
