When is the reset date of our account usage limit?

We have received an email today advising that we need to upgrade our plan.

However, our Signed Document Limit should have updated by now correct? If you can please confirm this for us as soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated :)

Your monthly counter will reset on December 1, 2024. You can view the start date of your next limit reset period under the Usage tab on your Account page. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.

2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the window that opens select Usage.

I've had a look and can confirm that our signed documents hasn't updated for the month. We definitely haven't had 250 documents signed since the 1st of November.

We can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
