Hi there,
Our customers are having problems submitting their forms. Once they complete the main page and go to the signature page and click the check box the form says there is an error and won't let them continue or submit. I have attached a screen shot for your review.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
I noticed on your screenshot above that the checkbox doesn't have an existing option which is why the form can't be submitted. I believe you've added the option which resolved the issue:
Can you please confirm if you figured out the issue and if we can mark this as resolved?
