I keep getting this error every few days despite doing the configuration. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong because it appears I'm doing the configuration correctly.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Error on your SMTP configuration means your credentials are not correct. Can you check the correctness of your login credentials and try again? It's easy to setup SMTP let me show you how:
- Go to your My Account Page here, and click on Settings.
- Click on the Add Sender Email button.
- Select the SMTP provider and click on Continue.
- Enter the SMTP credentials and click on Save.
