In addition to my last request, I also need some assistance with the credit card info. When I am in edit form, there is a spot to put in the credit card number, however, when a purchase or clicks on the link and it brings them to the form to fill out, there’s only a spot for their first and last name no spot for credits card #. Hi Payton,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Product Order Form and found that your Square account hasn't been connected yet, that's why you're unable to enter your card information. Here's how to connect it:
1. Go to the Payments Tab in Form Elements.
2. Click the Three Dots icon for Apple Pay & Google Pay, then click Payment Settings.
3. Click on the Connect via Square button and connect your account.That's it. We also have a guide about How to Integrate Apple Pay and Google Pay With Jotform that you can check out.
