Mailchimp Integration

I have included a fun quiz on my email newsletter. When I receive the responses from each of the submissions, it does not include any identifying information. I know that I can add a name and email field into my form, but I was trying to avoid that if possible. Is there a setting when creating the forms that will record the name and email for the submissions. Similar to a Google form and other forms?

Are you using a specific email marketing tool that could be integrated with Jotform, or do you have another method in mind for connecting the form submissions with your subscriber list?

I am using mailchimp. I am able to record their information on mailchimp. I know that mailchimp has an integration capability with Jotform but am unfamiliar on how to integrate it. I attempted to do so already but don't even know what it did.

I don't have any other way to connect my form submissions to the specific subscribers themselves. That is what I am looking for because when I receive their submissions through jotform or through email notification, it does not tell me who made that submission.

Hi Alexander,

Our Mailchimp Integration lets you send emails directly to anyone who submits your form. It's easy to set up, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on Settings. 
2. Click on Integrations.
3. Select Mailchimp Integration and login.

4. Select a list to integrate.

5. Click on Complete Integration.

Now, you can sync the email addresses on your Jotform submissions with Mailchimp, and then Mailchimp can send emails to those people.
