Hi, One of my employees, Alana Martin, got an email saying they were signed up for jotform when they weren't. Can you please help me figure out what happened here?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It’s possible that her email was either added accidentally or mistakenly included in an invitation or shared form in JotForm. When you share a form with a user, especially if you assign a form to them or invite them to collaborate, JotForm may prompt them to create an account if they don’t already have one. This ensures they can access the form, track submissions, or collaborate, depending on the permissions you’ve set.
