Hi Leah,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your form and saw that the form turned into a quiz with Jotform Quiz Forms. You can use Form Calculation Widget to display the final result in submissions. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Gear Icon next to the question field.
- In Field Properties, click on Options and turn Calculation Values toggle to ON position.
- Give the value for the correct choice and wrong choices.
- Then click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, select Form Calculation.
- Click on Add Field to select the questions.
You can set the calculation similar to the screenshot below and click on Save:
- After setting the calculation, click on the Gear Icon next to the calculation field.
- Go to Advanced tab and turn the Hide Field toggle to ON position.
- Then click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In Form Settings, click on Show More Option.
- Select Don't Clear from Clear Hidden Field Values dropdown.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

I dont think that was incredibly helpful. The quiz score is displayed to the student after they complete the quiz. I want to be able to view their quiz results here:

Hi Leah,
You can do this by following the steps suggested by my colleague, Nicole, which is to add calculation values to the Question fields and then also add the Form Calculation widget to capture and sum up the total score. This way you can have the Form Calculation widget as a column in your Submission tables. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
