I need to reset my password but when I made the request I did not receive a email to rest it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I went ahead and checked the status of your email address and I can see there that this is a Guest account. Keep in mind that the guest account is a one-time login feature, so you can't reset the password in this account. If you're referring to another account, can you share with us the email address or the username associated with your account so we can check? Additionally, can you tell me if there's an error when you try to reset your password? In the meantime, try resetting your password using a different browser and clear your browser's cache to see if the issue persists. Here's how:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
