Outlook Calendar: Disable Appointment Slots When an Event Created

Hey there,

is it possible that clients can only book appointments, that aren´t already booked. For example:

I have already a meeting on monday 9am in my outlook calendar.

If someone wants to book an appointment, they shouldn´t be able to select monday 9am.

Is there any chance to synchronize this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t currently offer an option to disable appointment slots from the appointment time in Jotform if there is an event that is created in Outlook Calendar. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
