I was under the impression that I would be allowed 100 entries with the starter package, but entries stopped at 10?

Hi Debra,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and found that you have exceeded your limit on receiving signed documents, which is only 10 per month. You are correct that you can receive submissions of up to 100 per month with a Starter Plan, but those are for regular submissions only. Since you enabled Jotform Sign Automation in your form, automatically the submission count for your account will affect the regular submissions, and the signed document submissions.
What you can do is to disable Jotform Sign Automation in your account so the form can be usable again, and future submissions won't count against Sign Document submissions. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select Settings from the orange navigation bar.
- Go to Jotform Sign and disable it.
As for the Sign Documents submission limit, it will only reset after a month. You can check our guide for that about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
