Created a signable form, added multiple choice question but when filling the form it doesnt show what is selected only fills the fields. am i missing something?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send me a sign invitation to your Sign Document, so I can check what field is not showing when the document is completed? Would you allow us to test the actual form to see if we can replicate the issue on the original form?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Andrew,
I tested your document and had the same issue. So I tried creating a sample Sign Document with a multiple-choice field with two options, and it appears to be the same issue. I'm going to escalate this to the relevant team if this is expected behavior or an issue. Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.

I would hope this is not expected behaviour. wouldn't make sense .

Hi Andrew,
The texts of the selected multiple-choice options don't be displayed by default. However, if you'd like the text of the options to be visible in the sign document, you can add a short text field and set a default value to display the choices. Check out the screencast below to see my sample:
