Authorize.Net Error During Transaction

I am getting a error message (see attached). I have checked, double-checked, and re-entered my authorize.net API Login and set up a new Transaction Key. I don't think that is the problem. Can you help me troubleshoot this?

    Additional Info:

I just ran a test by sending and paying an email invoice from authorize.net and that worked. So I know my authorize.net account is functioning.

    Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but I was able to connect my Authoruize.net API login ID and Transaction key and was able to submit the form successfully. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Please log into the Authorize.Net Merchant Interface and double check the API Login ID and Transaction Key. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Please log into the Authorize.Net Merchant Interface and double check the API Login ID and Transaction Key.

I just tried your recommendations, including making a clone of the form as a test just in case something was broken there. No luck. I will also contact authorize.net to see if they have any ideas.

Please let mw know if you can test deeper to help figure out what is wrong. We have been using jotform for quite a while with no other issues and this just happened all of a sudden.

    Hi John,

When you encounter the error message, could you share with us a screenshot of your browser console log? Here's how to do it:

    1. Click on your right mouse button.

    2. Select Inspect.

    3. Go to Console.

    Hello Gerstenlauer,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Authorize Screenshot 30 I checked your Authorize.net credentials and noticed there are unwanted spaces in the API Login ID. Please remove these spaces, ensure you click the check button to save the changes, and then try again. If the issue persists, let us know, and we'll conduct a more in-depth investigation to find a solution.

Authorize Screenshot 41I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies as well to avoid any cache-related issues.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
