    Hi Scott,

If I understood correctly, you want to know if it's possible to create two databases: one for vendors and one for attendees, and then cross-reference them. Let's say, you search for a vendor and you can get the list of attendees associated with it. Is this what you're looking for? If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? You might also want to check out this guide about How to Use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget.

    Hi Scott,

Unfortunately, I couldn't make out the details in your screenshots. Can you try to send it again individually? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. From what I understood, you'd like the following in Tables:

    • Want a specific tab to appear.
    • Want search results as Cards.
    • Want attendees to star individual bottles that they like.
    • Want attendees to access the list of items they liked, and be able to add comments.

Did you want the submission data (items liked and comments) to be public? If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? You might also want to check out this guide about How to Filter Entries in Jotform Tables.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what you need and how to help.

    1. Event with 50 Vendors: Each Vendor will be showcasing 3-10 different products.
    2. Form for Vendors: You need a form that allows each Vendor to enter the following for each of their products:
    • Product description
    • 3-5 searchable attributes
    • Photo of the product

    The key requirements are:

    • Ability for Vendors to easily add multiple products per Vendor
    • Searchability of the product attributes
    • Option to upload product photos

Attendees (up to 700) will be able to:

    • Register for the event to access the app
    • Browse the products entered by Vendors
    • Rate each product using a star rating system
    • Provide comments on the products

    You would like:

    • A report for Vendors that includes the ratings and comments for their products
    • A report for Attendees that shows their own ratings and comments on the products they reviewed

I currently have a form that has some of the key components, and the table for the vendors that has everything but I am unable to create an app that allows the Attendees to interact and have that information

    Hi Scott,

I have checked the other thread that you have created and it seems like my colleague answered most of your questions there. You can view that thread here. For cross-referencing, can you resend those screenshots one by one so that I can zoom in properly and view the images of what you want to achieve? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
