Hi there, I’ve reached my upload limit, but have deleted a bunch of submissions to clear it, but it’s not updating my upload limit. Can this be fixed?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that your account is in good status, your upload space is 59.99 MB / 100.00 MB. I also tried to access your form, I was able to access it without any issues. Can you try again? You may also try to clear the cache of your forms. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

Hi marketingdowntowntoyota,
I'm afraid you can only clear your form cache on a desktop or a laptop; however, I went ahead and cleared your form cache on my end. It seems that your deleted entries are still in your trash folder. You will need to make sure that the deleted entries are purged from your trash folder. Let me show you how:
1. On your Tables, click on the 3 dot icon beside your form name:
2. Then click on Trash Entries.
3. You can click on Select All, then click on the Delete Forever button to delete the entries permanently.
Your upload space will now be cleared.

I have cleared my cache and emptied my trash from the tables area and it's still saying that I have 56.41 of 100 MB. Can this be rectified?

Normally, it should update automatically, but I recalculated your Upload Space, and it's now showing 0/100MB.Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi there, can someone please clear my cache for me? I reached my limit but deleted a bunch of forms / reset the link. Also: is it possible to set something up where the submissions automatically delete after a certain number of days?

I've manually recalculated your account's upload limit and cleared your form caches as requested. Your forms should now work as expected.
