Hello Support,
I'm currently on the lookout for the best lead generation form for a client's construction website. JotForm seems to be a popular choice, but I'm wondering if it's versatile enough for more than just feedback purposes. Can it effectively capture leads for a construction business?
I'm hesitant to commit without clarification. Should I stick to using JotForm solely for feedback forms, or can it be adapted for lead generation purposes too?
Thanks!

Hi Aqib,
Thanks for getting back to us. If you're referring to help in choosing the right Lead Generate Template you can use, I think it's best if you choose it yourself, as you understand your business better than us. You can choose any template you like and still edit the fields and images to fit your business even more.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Hello Support, my client runs a house cleaning service website, and we’re looking to implement a form that allows customers to easily input all the necessary details for booking. The goal is to make it simple, intuitive, and user-friendly.
We want fields that capture essential details like name, contact info, address, preferred cleaning date and time, type of cleaning (e.g., deep cleaning, regular maintenance), and any specific requests or areas to focus on. Here's website link: www.millcreekmaids.com.

Hi Aqib,
I checked the website link and saw that the essential details are on the embedded form. Jotform is an online form builder that provides a number of tools and 10,000+ customized templates. Dragging and dropping features or elements makes it really easy to create forms if you want to get the same information. I'll help you do it:
- On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
- Choose Start From Scratch, and select Classic Form to create an empty form, or Use Template to choose among our 10,000+ ready-to-go templates (Start From Scratch was used in this example).
- Now, in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page to see the complete list of elements and widgets.
- Under the Basic, Payments, or Widgets tabs, scroll down the list, and then drag and drop the fields onto your form. And that’s it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hey, sorry for bumping. Can I use it for e-commerce site which sells vaping products or it is prohibited to use on those sites? I want to integrate it on https://www.dampfi.ch/hersteller/pod-salt pages for higher conversions. Can you please guide. You can check site for more detailed info.
TIA!
