    Hi Vscore,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the paragraph field in your form to display some static words in it. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page and drag-drop a Paragraph field onto your form.
    • Click on the Edit icon on the right side of the Paragraph field.
    • Add your text in the field and click save.

    If you want submitters to enter data, you can add a long text field to your form.

    • Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page and drag-drop a Long Text field onto your form.
