If you don't see the billing or subscription settings in your Jotform account, it might be because your payment is processed through PayPal or FastSpring.

Here’s how to cancel automatic payments depending on your payment method:

1. For PayPal: Log in to your PayPal account, go to the gear icon, select Payments, then Manage automatic payments. Find Jotform and cancel the subscription from there.
2. For FastSpring: Go to your Billing page in Jotform, select Manage Payment Methods, and you will be redirected to FastSpring to manage or cancel your subscription.

If you want to cancel your Jotform subscription directly, you can also go to the Billing page and select Change Plan to downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan.

1. Formlarım sayfasında, profil resminizin üzerine tıklayın.
2. Açılan menüden Ayarlar seçeneğini tıklayın.
   
   
   3. Sol Panelde Faturalandırma Bölümünden, Planım kısmındaki Planı değiştir butonuna tıklayın.
   
   
   4. Üyeliği Düşür butonuna tıklayarak Başlangıç Plan’a geçebilirsiniz.
   
   
   
   Bilginiz olsun, Başlangıç plana geçtiğinizde;
   
   Mevcut limitleriniz düşer. Örneğin, yükleme alanınız 100 MB’a iner (örneğin şu anda 86 GB kullanıyorsanız formlarınız over quota hatası verir ve görünmez), en fazla 5 form kullanabilirsiniz, aylık 100 gönderim hakkınız olur. Yani Starter plana geçtiğinizde Jotform’u şu anki gibi kullanamazsınız.
