Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Most of the time, if the Submission Limit is reached, you need to delete and then purge your form entries to free up some space. But, if the monthly limit is reached, you will need to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of the month because that is when the usage limit resets.
When I checked the account you are using to contact us, I saw that this account has not reached the usage limit of the Starter plan yet. If you are referring to a different account, please provide us with the username or email address associated with the account you are referring to so we can review it.
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
