Merhaba, müşterilerimize hizmet sonrası memnuniyet anketi göndermek istiyoruz. ERP programımız üzerinden fatura kesildiğinde sistem otomatik olarak bağlantı linki gönderecek. Ancak her anketin 1 kere yanıtlanmasını istiyoruz. Her gönderimde farklı linkle göndermemiz mümkün müdür? Cihaz bazında kısıtlama istemiyoruz linkin kopyalanıp başkaları tarafından sonucu etkileyecek şekilde doldurulmasını engellemek için bir çözüm arıyoruz. Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to prevent the form from being submitted again from the same user. To do that you can add an Email Field on your Survey form and then set up a Unique Field to Email. So if someone uses the same email address it will not let them submit the form again. Let me show you how to set that up.

1. In Form Builder, click on Setting in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down to Unique Field and select email in the dropdown.
