Now, let me help you with your question. Although your forms remain functional once your subscription is canceled, only five forms will be active and you won't be able to create a new one. The accounts usage and limits for the Starter Plan account will also be applied. Do you still wish to continue?

Yes, I know what it is to change the plan, but we use this platform periodically. After 1 month of use, I wanted to cancel, but the new month had already been paid for. I would like to ask you to cancel this second month.

Thanks for getting back to us. When I checked your account, I saw that your subscription was scheduled to be downgraded at the end of your subscription date, which is on September 26th, 2023.
We've downgraded your account to the Starter plan and refunded your most recent payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
