Raymond Jotform SupportHi Muhammed,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, it's possible to include a scoring system with your form using Calculation Values. Let me show you an example by assigning calculation values to the Single Choice Field element. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Single Choice field.
- Next, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field.
- Under the Options tab, toggle on Calculation Values.
- Enter the calculation values as you want. That's it. You're done.
Now, we can use the Form Calculation widget to total the value of the selected options. Let's do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left, and click on the Widgets tab.
- Next, select the Form Calculation widget, and click on the Add Field button on the right.
- Select your Single Choice fields, and include a Plus operator between them.
- Click on the Save button and that's it.
Here's how it would work:
