Now, coming back to your question, it's possible to include a scoring system with your form using Calculation Values. Let me show you an example by assigning calculation values to the Single Choice Field element. Let me show you how: 

1. In Form Builder, click on the Single Choice field.
2. Next, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field.
3. Under the Options tab, toggle on Calculation Values.
4. Enter the calculation values as you want. That's it. You're done. 

Now, we can use the Form Calculation widget to total the value of the selected options. Let's do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left, and click on the Widgets tab.
2. Next, select the Form Calculation widget, and click on the Add Field button on the right.
3. Select your Single Choice fields, and include a Plus operator between them.
4. Click on the Save button and that's it.
