Merhaba https://form.jotform.com/252384727248061 göndermiş olduğum linki gönderip adı geçen iş yerini kullanarak Tc kimlik ve adres bilgisi alıp dolandırıcılık yapılıyor numara ‪+90 553 875 61 33‬ ve bu dolandırıcılara linkten bende tc ve adres bilgisi verdim bu dolandırıcıların hesabını kapatıp özel bilgilerimizin silinmesini talep ediyorum ben cimer ve karakola gidip suç duyurusunda bulundum sizlerinde gerekeni yapmanızı istiyorum.

• Bu bildirim sonrası form ve hesap üzerinde inceleme yapılacak ve gerekirse hesap kapatılarak kişisel bilgiler silinecektir.

Şikayetinizin takibi için bu adımı atmanız önemlidir. Ayrıca CİMER ve karakola başvurmanız da doğru bir adım olmuştur.

Thanks for reporting this matter to us and helping us to keep Jotform safe. We want to assure you that Jotform is not participating in this conduct. We supply a Form Builder, and unfortunately, some parties may use the forms for wrongful purposes. After looking into this, we determined that they have violated our Terms of Use. So, we immediately suspended the account, the account owner, as well as any forms and apps connected to it.
