Merhabalar,
Kolay gelsin,
Arif.

Hi Arif,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. As for your issue, I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Arif,
Yes, you can generate a dynamic QR code on your registration form and attach a PDF document, which contains the QR code, to your form Autoresponder email and then scan the QR code on your check-in form to make it easier to check in VIP clients. Let me show you how to do it:
First, let's add a Dynamic QR Code widget to your registration form:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the upper left side of the page.
2. Click on the Widgets tab on the upper left side of the page, and drag and drop a Dynamic QR Code widget from the left side of the page to your form.
3. Click on the Wand icon of your Dynamic QR Code widget.
4. In Field Label to Encode on the right side of the page, enter the label of your Name field. After that, let's attach your PDF document to your Autoresponder email:
1. Click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Click on the Pencil icon of your Autoresponder email.4. Click on the Advanced tab on the upper part of the page, and toggle on the switch for Attach PDF under it.
5. Tick the checkbox for the PDF document that you want to attach to your Autoresponder email under Attach PDF section.
6. Click on Save on the lower part of the page. Now, let's add a QR Code Reader widget to your check-in form:
1. Click on Add Element on the upper left side of the page.
2. Click on the Widgets tab on the upper left side of the page, and drag and drop a QR Code Reader widget from the left side of the page to your form.
Finally, let's add conditional logic to your check-in form to copy the value from the QR Code Reader widget to your Short Text field:
1. Click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
3. Click on Update/Calculate Field on the list.4. Copy the conditional logic settings below.
5. Click on Save on the lower part of the page. That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Dear Shaina,
Don't worry about language. We had written in Turkish before, so I sent my question in Turkish.
Thank you very much for the detailed explanation. I will try to do all of the steps.
Have a nice day
Arif.

Dear Shaina,
I created forms, and everything is working fine except Conditions.
I did with same steps as you already sent but name field is coming empty.
Do you recommend anything for that issue?

Hello Arif,
I've encountered similar issues before. Make sure your conditional logic matches, try different combinations to see if they work. Also make sure you do not have any pop-up blockers on in your browser such as Chrome.
Hopefully this helps, but if not I'm sure someone from support can provide more assistance.
Have a great day!
