Klasörleri alt kullanıcılar göremiyor

klasörleri alt kullanıcılar ile paylaştık. Ve uzun zamandır öyle kullanıyoruz. Lakin şuan sadece form olarak görüntüleyebiliyorlar. klasör olarak görüntüleyemiyorlar. Bunu nasıl çözebiliriz?

I have received an update in regard to the Shared With Me folder in the Workspace and that with this new update, if a folder has been shared, it will only list the forms without any indication of the owner’s folder/label name; however, you can select the form owner’s username in the “Shared by” dropdown menu to display all the forms shared by that user:

Yeni güncellemeyle birlikte, hem kurumsal sunucularda hem de normal kullanıcı ortamında, "Hesap Ayarları" ve "Paylaşım" bölümlerinde ikincil kullanıcıların klasör ve etiket paylaşmasına artık izin verilmemektedir.

Eğer daha önce ikincil kullanıcı yapısı aracılığıyla bir klasör veya etiket paylaşılmışsa, formlar listelenmeye devam edecektir ancak orijinal sahibin klasör veya etiket adı görüntülenmeyecektir.

Belirli bir kullanıcı tarafından paylaşılan tüm formları görüntülemek için, Benimle Paylaşılanlar sekmesinden yukarıda destek ekibinden arkadaşımın gösterdiği gibi form sahibinin kullanıcı adını seçebilirsiniz.

If the folder viewing feature does not return, you might consider the following options:

1. Assign Forms to Sub-users: You can assign individual forms to sub-users, allowing them to access and manage specific forms directly.
2. Transfer Form Ownership: Transferring forms to sub-users' accounts can grant them full control over the forms, including organizing them into their own folders.
3. Utilize Jotform Teams (Jotform Enterprise Feature): If you're using Jotform Enterprise, the Teams feature allows for more permissions and shared workspace management, which might replicate the previous folder-sharing functionality. I would highly consider this option.
