If you wish to switch to a lower subscription plan, you can do that on the Billing page. Let me show you how:

1. Click your Profile Avatar icon on the top right corner of the Jotform website.
2. Select Settings from the menu.
3. Go to the Billing tab on the left and click on Change Plan button.
4. Choose the plan you would like to downgrade to.
