Is it possible for all forms to have special QR codes?

Now, coming back to your question, once you've created your form, you can certainly share it using a QR code. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
2. Inside Quick Share option on the left side menu, click on the QR Code icon at the bottom part, under the Share Form section.
3. A new screen will show containing the QR code to share your form. Click the Download button to download a PNG file of the qr code, or click the Copy Code button to copy the generated HTML code, which you can use to embed the qr code into a website.
