A cliente mandou o cadastro mas não chegou. A última atualização foi às 14h24. E a cliente mandou depois desse horário.

Now, let me help you with your question. After checking your form, I have cloned your form to replicate the issue but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to receive the submission without having any problems.
Can you please give us more information on what's happening so we can have a better understanding of what the situation is? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

Bom dia. A cliente tinha mandado o cadastro mas não chegou. Pedi para mandar mais uma vez e ela tinha anexado os documentos, porém estava dando erro dizendo que ela não tinha anexado. Então, não conseguiu mandar novamente.
