Problema nos formulários

    Olá,

    Todos os formulários estão apresentando um problema, conforme imagem abaixo.

    Com esses pontos, e também estão aparecendo campos que anteriormente estavam ocultos.

    Consegui identificar esse problema em vários formulários.

    Olá esse outro formulário como está, totalmente desconfigurado.
