Form error: "You've run out of upload quota!"

Boa noite

Estou recebendo a seguinte mensagem de erro ao acessar o formulario:

You've run out of upload quota!

This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

Fiz o arquivamento e deletei os arquivos da caixa de envios. Porem o erro persiste. Poderiam por favor informar a solucao?
